It also has the IQ of a supercomputer, meaning that it can process and reason beyond what any human would ever be capable of. Zamazenta and Zacian are legendary figures in the history of the Galar region, and most people didn't even know about their existence until they reappeared to stop Eternatus.
While Zamazenta and Zacian have decent typing to take some attacks from Mewtwo, they don't have a great way to deal with his long-range blasts or elusive maneuvering. They were each quite powerful, controlling a specific element that made them each the best in their class.
Sure, it was suggested to have towed the continents in place by dragging them, but its lack of speed means that it would just be a big target to Mewtwo. Mewtwo would be able to maneuver around it and make short work of it before it even had a chance to react. Its downfall, however, is that it has very weak defenses. Mewtwo is able to tank a few hits even if they're super effective, but a strong ghost or dark-type attack from Mewtwo will quickly end the fight for Dragapult.
However, it was the Lucario present in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew that managed to be one of the strongest Lucario in existence. It used aura to fight and communicate with others. It could even fight the Regi trio. All it would have to do is deflect those attacks and the match would be over quickly.
