The stand is set up so you can see the entire meal preparation from the meat butcher slicing up giant hunks of meat to the chef assembling each sandwich.
A small plastic container of horseradish and a side of chips is included with the sandwich. Everything is served on a paper food tray. I tried one of these sandwiches at the Braves vs. Miami Marlins game last night and it was OK. The meat was mostly tender and a little bit fatty.
The au jus made the buns soggy. Toasting the buns might be a good idea. The thick horseradish sauce was good. Perhaps they could add more condiment options like mayo or steak sauce. There were salt and pepper shakers, but they were located before checkout, so I doubt anybody used them. A small condiment stand after checkout would be nice. There was a generous amount of potato chips.
