I found a hole in my sweater and I had to wait for an approval e-mail whether or not I could return it! This hole had the potential to destroy my sweater but I had to wait for an approval before returning the item!

A sale item I bought was too small, but here's the worst part, it doesn't fit but I still have to keep it! Final sale items are non-returnable! All stores have flaws though. Good things about this site are that it's affordable, in-style, always changing!

Bad things are that they don't have much stock, what's in the cart one day is gone the next. This makes me feel that this site is a little unreliable due to stock. Also, in that same order, after my order had been finalized, a day later I was notified that two items weren't available so I wouldn't receive them!

I ordered online and almost a month later still haven't received my package. I called again the rep offers to do a reship then says they're not available anymore and a refund will take 3 business days on their end.

I don't trust this company. They don't care and don't follow through. Opt out for a better clothing company. Ok so the Clothes on the Site I must say it is absolutely amazing my two star is not for that of course. However I've having issue with the on-line shopping. Now let me make it very clear it is not my first time Shopping on-line so I know how to put my address in. Now I have an account with Agaci and i set my Address in my account to automatically use at my leisure.

So the first time I bought something on the site it had to be returned and i had to be refunded cause well when my address was entered it just shows my Building address and not my street. Now i thought i was going crazy! Cause whatever i do it still gets it wrong. You Know where it has Address line 1 and Address line 2 well the blooding thing just wouldn't Put my street address in the system Address line 1.

So here's where the Two Stars come in. I called i made the changes with of course a lovely customer service representative told them about my issues they put in a request to change it but that didn't go through.

The address was still wrong until UPS hold it for pick up at their stores. And I could not change the address. So i place another order by telephone I let them put the damn address in this time. Same issue. Until some very angry worded emails I final got someone to call UPS and change the damn address.

So they said sorry and this will not happen again. I believed them. Wish I didn't. Unfortunately I placed another order and I'm in the same situation again. I tried emailing them but unfortunately it's like agaci customer service does not keep a record of their email or issued via account info even if they don't all they had to do was read my email I forwarded all the correspondence i had with them one could've easily figured out what is going on.

Instead I got an email from one representative suggesting that When putting in the address i cannot put it in one line both building and street cause UPS has rules, am sorry if you didn't notice I specifically explain to each and everyone that my when I put my address I place it exactly as instructed. The only reason this has two stars is because of that one customer service representative who took the time to read. Now am face with the task of calling UPS and try to fix this issue I hope it turns out well for me.

They have super cute clothes. My sister told me about this store so I checked it out online. I then proceeded to drive an hour to the nearest store only to realize alot of the things sold online were not in the store. That was a week and a half ago Finally a week later I get an email saying my billing address didn't match and to respond within 3 days or it would be canceled.

So I replied and I get no confirmation email or anything so I decided to call 2 days later to make sure they received my email. Of course they didn't, so I gave them my address. Guess I'll see how much longer I'll have to wait to get my clothes. That's if I'll get them. I've ordered off other websites after ordering after agaci and have already received my orders. This is ridiculous.
