There might be a different macro that makes your mousekeys work like in Healbot. I just use keybinds rather than mousebinds atm, as I got a rather simple mouse atm. You might have heard it before, but a good tip when it comes to keybinds, is that you bind similar spells to the same key on all characters.
My quick heal Flash heal, Regrowth, and the shaman speed heal which I just forgot the name of are always on Q. Mouseover for healing also help you not having to worry about the task of targeting.
